Sugarloaf Estates was a 640 acre site that had 93 lots . We installed 24,000LF of water main and built the pad for a 100,000 gallon water storage tank . We cleared and graded for all the roadways which had all porous shoulders . We have also done 75 of the 93 homes in this project.
